That method didn't help. Is there another way to get my printer working?

Thank you for trying the suggested steps. Since resetting the printing system did not resolve the issue, let's check a few additional details to identify the cause:

  1. Is the printer connected to your Mac through USB or a network connection?
  2. Does the printer appear in System Settings > Printers & Scanners, or does it show an error or offline status?
  3. When you try to print, do you receive any specific error message?
  4. Have you tried adding the printer again through System Settings > Printers & Scanners > Add Printer?

Please share these details so we can determine the next troubleshooting steps.
