I'm having the same problem. After selecting the pictures for the "I'm not a robot" and hitting [Send], nothing happens. I've tried using 2 different web pages to register. Ridiculous that it's this difficult. Also, I can't do the autodetect to register. The product detection software errors with install "HP Support Solutions Framework was not installed successfully. An error occurred durin the installation. -3. This is a brand new laptop with Windows 11.
I got it to work. I first went into Programs and Features/Turn Windows Features On/Off and enabled the Net Framework 3.5. Then I uninstalled the HP Support Assistant. I didn't even reboot but then went back into the HP Support website/Support and Troubleshooting, reinstalled the HP Support Assistant, then selected the Let the System Detect, and it did it fine with no problems.
