Hi there, we have a HP Deskjet F4280. A couple of weeks ago, when trying to print something the error 0x8000ffff came up. Have not be able to figure out why. Did not do any new apps or anything that I know of. I did check and we have the updated Windows software. Help!!!

Welcome to HP support community.
Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?

If you are using Windows 10 computer, follow these steps:
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
