double sided printing

the option to print on both sides is missing. I can't find it anywhere in settings

1. First things first, what is your printer model name ?

• Deskjet, Laserjet, Photosmart, Smart Tank ? 🤔

Sorry I thought this was on the thread about the Smart Tank. It's a Smart Tank 7602r

Ok, thank you for providing printer model 😇

1. In this case you may need to install Full software form the next link:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ST7600/HPEasyStart-16.2.4-ST7600_55_3_5043_Webpac...

2. Once you install that software, then Restart your computer.

3. And check again for Printer Settings for a Double side or Duplex option to print your document.

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
