hello admin... can you help me with the same problem... i think that my printer need to do full reset too

@mote27, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

HP OFFICEJET PRO 7740 i think its the hardware/firmware problem n need to do full reset n re-initialize... can you help me??

hye admin... i cannot perform the following method that given by you because when i turn on the printer at the control panel the warning is remain there n i cannot access into the menus inside the control panel... any other suggestions that i can do to clear the warning at the control panel to perform the reset as ur suggests??
