Connected my Quickbooks account with the printer over the HP Smart app for scanning and sending receipts to Quickbooks but none of the receipts are sent to Quickbooks no matter how long I waited after scanning receipts with my printer. I checked the Quickbooks account but that showed no third-party app was connected meaning HP Smart wasn’t connected. I tried to reconnect Quickbooks with the HP Smart app but don’t know how. Would someone please help me and advise?

Does it happen with any other Apps? If it's only with Quickbooks, we would recommend contacting Quickbook Support.
