Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot change any settings on my HP Deskjet 3700 since they are password protected.  I do not remember the password and I have tried all of my regular combinations as well as any suggested defaults that I have found in Google searches.  I have tried every reset and recovery procedure that I can find on the internet and every time when I begin to setup the printer I am prompted for a password that I do not know.  All of the menu options to reset the password, restore defaults, or factory default the printer are al locked on the web interface since I do not know the admin password to access them.

I have searched on youtube, the HP website, Google, etc. to find an answer and surprisingly there is not one.  How can I recover the current admin password or reset the device so a password is not needed so that I can actually configure my device from the admin UI or the HP Smart App?
