Does anybody else find that HP make it impossible to redeem the 3 months free ink? Followed all the instruction and it doesnt work. When they ask you to print the page by selecting cancel and informtion at the same time it just prints a different page all together with no code. It's so frustrating but maybe that's the plan. It already took me hours to set up the printer. The answers in the support pages dont cover the issue at all. Any ideas?

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

No help at all..just gave up..ill get my own ink..dont advertisw free ink if you are unable provide it because your softwear is impossible to use
