Good Day! It's been 2 months since I brought my printer to HP service here in the Philippines. As of now no update from HP and Silicon Valley. I hope you take consider my request. Here's my serial number for my printer [Personal Information Removed] and claim slip with 0000084452. Please take this matter urgent, I'm currently taking up medicine that's why I badly need my printer. Thank you and God bless!

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
