Hello,

Thank you in advance.

I bought a printer in the United States, but I recently moved to France.

I bought new compatible ink cartridges in France (301 vs. 61), but they don't work because my printer is geo-locked.

I want to change the region/re-regionalize my printer, but I can't do it over the phone because my printer's warranty has expired.

Can someone help me?

J'ai acheté une imprimante aux Etats-Unis, mais j'ai récemment déménagé en France.

J'ai acheté de nouvelles cartouches d'encre compatibles en France (301 contre 61), mais elles ne fonctionnent pas car mon imprimante est verrouillée géographiquement.
Je souhaite changer de région/re-régionaliser mon imprimante, mais je n'y parviens pas par téléphone, car la garantie de mon imprimante est expirée.
Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider ?
