Region change from LATAM to US HP 7720

Hello!

I recently moved to the US and have issues while trying to get the original 954XL cartridges that I used to use in Mexico, I know there is a similar cartridge 952 xl FOR THE US, I actually bought a pack of 952XL but the printer does not recognize them because of the region, is there any way to have my printer region changed to the US so I can continue to use the device?

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
