I see that, you are looking for a region reset for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-In-One Printer.

 

I'd like to help!

 

As per the previous conversation,  you have shared the details as mentioned below. 

 

Printer is HP OfficeJet 8025e
Connected via USB cable
Running HP Smart 150.1.1140.0
OS is Win 10 Pro 64

Bought this printer in D.C.

Now moved to Italy

 

If the e above details are correct, then I am sharing the instructions accordingly. If there are any changes regarding your current OS, kindly keep me posted.

 

NOTE: regional reset is attempted on a best-effort basis, it might not work on all printers. 

 

I also see that you have tried resetting the code. Let's try one last time as it may brick the printer..

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
