Please support to perform a regional reset on my printer, HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3775 All-in-One. I bought it in Mexico and moved to the US and 664 ink cartridges are not available. 65 ink cartridges are not being recognized.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
Now, here’s the thing: your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3775 is built to work with the 664 cartridges (from Mexico region), and may not recognize the 65s even after the reset. These Ink Advantage models are a bit picky like that.
That said, I can assist you with the region reset — but for best performance and to avoid issues, I highly recommend using the 664 cartridges (from Mexico) for at least 80% of the ink usage going forward before performing the region reset.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
