I purchased my printer in the UAE and have moved to the USA now. I cannot replace the ink cartridges with those sold in the US until HP Support can help me do a regionalization reset with special codes, as I understand from the forums. However, the printer is out of warranty, so I cannot contact a live person through customer support. (I can't even find a phone number to call customer support! How frustrating is this?!)
I would like an HP support rep to please contact me so that we can initiate the reset. FYI my ink cartridges in the Middle East were 963, and in the US now I need to be able to use 962 cartridges.

Hi @Skeptic71
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
Yes, since the printer will be used in a different region from where it was originally bought and used, we need to perform some changes called regional reset for your printer, only after that you will be able to use the printer with the current region ink cartridges.
I will be glad to assist you with the regional reset on your printer.
I'm sending you a private message to guide you on the next steps.
