macOS 12.0 Monterey

I need a regionalization reset after moving from Europe to the Brazil with my HP Deskjet 2721e printer. Until I complete the reset, I will be unable to use the ink cartridges available for the printer in the Brazil. I also need to know which cartridge codes in Brazil are compatible.

 

Could someone provide me instructions on how to complete the regionalization reset? Thank you so much!

I will be more than happy to help you out here. 

 

To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions: 

1. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer. 

2. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region/country from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region/country to which you want to reset it to. 

3. Make sure HP Smart App is installed too.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
