Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 e-All-in-One Printer

Can Please someone help be fixed this issue with my computer. MY HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 was purchased in Saudi Arabia. It was now here in the Philippines. The cartridge I bought was not compatible as per the screen say's.
