Reinstall Firmware ON HP ENVY 5530

Subddenly My printer HP ENVY 5530  is very very slow when printing or copying in normal quality mode. ( more than 10 mn à page) In draft mode , it is ok.

I suppose it is a firmware problem because even in copy mode , it is not ok

When I try to download firmware the programm say : " Firmware is up to date.

I want to do a complete reset of the printer. could you give me the process like a few years ago to a precedent post

I understand the printer is copying and printing slowly and you would like to reset the printer to defaults.

We can perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
