I bought a new HP ENVY 7155 and added it to my print queue, connect to wireless, loaded HP Smart, and everything worked find until I tried to print. No luck. Wondering if my Mac OS (High Sierra) won't work with newer printers. My MacBook is older, so it won't work with Mojave or Catalina. Thoughts?

@JOHN_E2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- Do you get any errors while trying to print?
- Which application are you trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
This model printer is compatible with macOS 10.13. Let us try these steps:
Check the connectivity between the printer and the MAC
Perform a ping test to check the connectivity
- Obtain the IP address of the printer by clicking on the Wireless icon on the printer
- On the MAC Go to Spotlight > search for Network utility > select Ping tab > enter the IP address of the printer in the box
- Check the second box that says Send only > 10 pings
- Click on ping > Check the results at the end if any packets are lost
- Note: There should be 0% packet loss, share the results in your next post.
Update the printer firmware
