Product: HP PageWide Managed Color Flow MFP E776z Base Printer - Base Product 50-60 ppm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We are trying to get into one of our MFPs but no one knows the admin password that was configured on the device.  We attempted to restore to factory defaults but it kept the password on the device.  Does anyone know how to reset to factory and clear the admin password at the same time?
