Product: HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw

Hi HP Community,

 

I have the same issue. I bought a brand new MFP 179fnw but I can't login in the web interface.

I tried using 'admin' with the blank password as stated in the user manual  but login don't work.

I received the message "Username and/or Password not correct - please try again"

Can you provide me the instruction to do a reset of the EWS password ?
