Hello,
For a couple of years I've been trying to fully reset my print to its factory settings. However, the EWS credentials doesn´t reset at all. I called the assitance here in Brazil and they said that wasn't possible to reset the EWS password, which I found frustrating since the manual recommends me to set one.
I've tried all the methods available like pressing and holding the power button and pressing print button three times, pressing network and cancel buttons, and others that are public acessible.
I just want to use all my printer funcionalies that are blocked. If someone can give some help, I'll appreciate it. Currently, I'm not able to connect my print to a WiFi network and many options in the web pages are locked.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @JPMSB,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I see that you are unable to log in to the EWS page.
If you have already tried the below-mentioned steps and still does not work, then I am afraid, there are no other options to reset it.
Restore network defaults on the printer to reset the EWS password.
Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button
from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
Once it is done use ID : Admin and password: Admin to login to EWS page.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
