Reset HP Laser MFP 137fnw EWS

Hi 

I've lost the EWS password and need to reset it for HP Laser MFP 137fnw.

I've tried with the WPS Pin

I've tried with the blank password

Neither work

I tried the solution at https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/laser-mfp-137fnw-EWS-password/m-p/81689... but it did not work for me.

HP Support @Support  please can you send me a private message how to do this.

I'd like to help!

I understand the printer is locked with an administrator password

We can perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
