LaserJet Enterprise MFP M577

The person who setup our LaserJet Enterprise MFP M577 has left the company. They set the Admin account up with security so that the Administration functions of the menu do not appear. We  have looked at online for doing a factory reset, but the control panel option and the webpage option isnt available.  Is there a way to reset the printer to the original settings to remove this? Is there another way to clear the Admin functions to fix this? An internal reset switch or jumper? I would appreciate any assistance.

You need to access the preboot menu of the machine and perform a cold reset under administration menu and startup options. If that does not work there is a partial clean option but that will clear any scan to folder and other settings, but if you backup first you can restore as long as you do not change the firmware revision between when you make the backup and when you restore. Preboot is accessed by turning off the printer, turning on and touching the HP logo on the screen immediately when the black line appears under it
