I have an M855 that seems to have an Admin Password even though it has been factory reset.  The Preboot menu only shows Continue, Sign-in, Administrator, User, and I cannot do anything but continue or Sign-In.  Does anybody know how to completely erase any old admin password because the Factory Reset didn't seem to do the job.

If the admin password is still there after a factory reset, it's possible the reset didn't clear the security settings. On many Enterprise models, the admin password isn't always removed by a standard factory reset. I'd recommend contacting HP Support to see if there's a secure reset or recovery option for your M855. They should be able to confirm the available options for your printer.
