Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

Hi I have a HP Office Jet 3830, and would like to change the regionalisation setting from the US/Canada to the UK. I have genuine cartridges for the UK region, (Type 302). 

 

The details of the printer -

Product Number:K7V40A

Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed]

 

Can you let me know what the process is?

I understand you have moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
