Product: HP Officejet Pro X576dw Multifunction Printer

The wireless network settings on my Officejet Pro X576dw are locked by the system administrator, and he can't remember ever setting a username and a password. Since I can't get the printer online, I cant enter the printer page on my computer. I cant find an option in the printer to reset to factory settings without knowing the admin username and password. Catch 22.

 

How do I reset?
