Product: Wireless Inktank 450 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Set a custom admin password for EWS and I have now forgotten it. Tried network resets etc but keep coming back to needing a password to reset it.

Any other way to completely reset everything and start from scratch?

@JP_H Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Try these steps - 

 

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with the steps to perform a semi-full reset. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
