- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

I am also having the same problem. My printer won't let me change the setting. This printer is what I use for working remotely.
My email is jhorp69@gmail.com my handle name is Jonibo. Let me know what information you need so I can reset this printer.
