Could you share the reset procedure? This seems to be a common enough issue that it's ridiculous that HP hasn't published this in the User Guide. I can't configure my 3755 without a password, and I have no idea what it is. How do we reset these printers to factory default??

I can not use my printer through my Lenovo T470, but I can on my cell. I get a driver issue when trying to print. I have tried updating the drivers on the laptop and online. But I can not remember my admin user name and password to see if there is something I can do through the printer.
Please share any information to get my printer working on my Laptop!
Thank you,
Debbie

Hi@jefl,Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for waiting. Let's try these steps -
Support Menu >Resets Menu>Semi-Full Reset
- While applying power, press and hold the Power button for 5 sec.
- Press BL, BL, BL, BL Buttons, in sequence. Note - BL is the bottom left or the Back icon. Continue to tap on it even when it is not illuminated.
- Touch Support Menu.
- Press the Right arrow for Reset Menu and Touch are OK.
- Press the Right arrow for Semi-Full Reset and Touch are OK.
- Wait for the unit to Power Down/Turn Off.
- Press the Power button to turn the Printer On.
Let me know how that goes 🙂
