Restore admin password

I have forgotten my admin password to the settings I made when I installed my printer. How can I restore it?

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset, and re-initialize the printer.

Hi, I have a J6410 for quite some time now. When i want to access the webpage of the printer it asks me a user/password. I cannot remember it . Is there a way to reset the J6410 to factory default settings? Thank you.
