Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The new driver for my OfficeJet 4650 doesn't work properly. It prints edit changes I make to Word documents in yellow instead of red that shows on the computer screen. The light yellow color is unreadable. I tried reinstalling the driver, but that didn't help. I deleted the 4650 software, thinking I could download it from HP, but I can't seem to be able to do that. Is there any way I can download the deleted file? The printer no longer shows up, except for the scanner. I assumed since there was an option to delete the software there would be a way to restore it, but if there is I can't find it. If I can't get it working again I'm going to have to buy a new printer. Consumer Reports recommends a top-rated Brother printer.
