It seems like your HP DeskJet 3755 lost its wireless connection after the router was replaced.
Here are steps to reconnect your printer to the new Wi-Fi network:
1. Reset Network Settings on the Printer
- Steps:
- Turn on the printer.
- Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button simultaneously for about 3 seconds.
- This will reset the printer's network settings.
2. Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi
- Using the HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Tap the "+" button to add a new printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new Wi-Fi network.
- Using the Wireless Setup Wizard:
- On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button to activate Wi-Fi setup mode.
- Use your computer to access the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS) by typing 192.168.223.1 into a browser.
- Navigate to the Network section and select Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Enter the new Wi-Fi credentials.
3. Verify Connection
- Print a Network Configuration Report from the printer to confirm it is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
- Ensure the printer's IP address is valid (e.g., 192.168.x.x).
4. Update Printer Drivers
- Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
- Install the drivers and restart your computer.
5. Test Printing
- Try printing a test page to ensure the printer is functioning correctly.
