Hi @Marjac121950

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It seems like your HP DeskJet 3755 lost its wireless connection after the router was replaced.

Here are steps to reconnect your printer to the new Wi-Fi network:

1. Reset Network Settings on the Printer

  • Steps:
    1. Turn on the printer.
    2. Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button simultaneously for about 3 seconds.
    3. This will reset the printer's network settings.

2. Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi

  • Using the HP Smart App:
    1. Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
    2. Tap the "+" button to add a new printer.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new Wi-Fi network.
  • Using the Wireless Setup Wizard:
    1. On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button to activate Wi-Fi setup mode.
    2. Use your computer to access the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS) by typing 192.168.223.1 into a browser.
    3. Navigate to the Network section and select Wireless Setup Wizard.
    4. Enter the new Wi-Fi credentials.

3. Verify Connection

  • Print a Network Configuration Report from the printer to confirm it is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
  • Ensure the printer's IP address is valid (e.g., 192.168.x.x).

4. Update Printer Drivers

  • Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
  • Install the drivers and restart your computer.

5. Test Printing

  • Try printing a test page to ensure the printer is functioning correctly.
