I bought a new printer - the 8130e - and had problems with it.  It would not print.  I sought help from HP and eventually got matched up with a company called "Synergy Solutions."  Since I had started looking for help through the HP Help website, I assumed "Synergy Solutions" was a reputable sub-contractor.  There were not.  They did get my printer working, but they attributed the problems to lack of virus protection and charged me $770 to upgrade/protect my system.  A month or two later, I started looking through my applications and computer files and found no virus protection software.  I made a dispute via my credit card.  Then last week I received a phone message from "Synergy Solutions" demanding a payment $10,700 in three days for "Lifetime Security." They said they would automatically debit my account.  Be warned.
