Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
To change the connection type, firstly connect the printer and the computer with a USB cable. The USB port is at the back of the printer.
Before changing from a wireless network to a USB connection, make sure that:
- The printer is connected to your computer with the USB cable until you are prompted to disconnect the cable.
- The computer is connected to the wireless network that you intend to install the printer on
