I've had this printer set up for quite some time but now its show "setup incomplete" and "printer error".  I did the trouble shoot that it stated which was turnoff the printer and router and turn them back on.  Unplug them both and turn them back on.  But it still comes up like that on the HP app.

On the printer itself the (i) button is blinking and the inside of the panel there's an E and the 0 and ink levels blinking.  The ink cartridges are new.  I did take them out and reentered to make sure it was correctly done.

Can anyone please give me some information as to why the (i) and the panel inside is blinking.
