I recently purchased a new laptop with a snapdragon processor.  When attempting to install the driver's I am receiving the message "operation could not be completed. Does not contain the infs."

 

Any help would be appreciated

You will need to try the Smart UPD driver for ARM processors. Your device is likely not listed on the list of supported devices but you might get a pleasant surprise.
