Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I don’t know the SWHelper password to finish installing the updated printer drivers and software. Please help!image.jpg

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the update issue. 

 

The software installer is being blocked by the GateKeeper. While installing the software package you need to allow in Security & Privacy System Preference to complete the install. Leave the System Preference open to complete the install. 

 

Please refer to this document for more information - Safely open apps on your Mac
