Product: HP ENVY 4527 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have the same printer listed twice in HP Smart. I'm using HP Instant Ink Cartridges.
Both printers have exactly the same details - serial number etc etc. How do I get rid of one of them??
When I was looking to remove 1 Envy, HP Smart has now gone beserk and added and extra 5 309g printers with instructions to complete setup. My 309g is in another country. The software is trying to be too clever - or trying to gather data??
Also the printer serial number in HP Smart has 4 too many digits compared with the serial number on the back of the printer. So didn't serial number not recognised when I used the software provided number.
