Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Did the new download from Google/Samsung (Pie) disconnect communication with HP Officejet 4652? And if so, how do i reconnect. Samsung and Sprint my carrier cannot help.

Welcome to HP forums.

 

Lets follow the steps given below.

 

Step 1: Uninstall HP Smart app on the phone.

Step 2: Restore network settings to default settings

 

* Press wireless option on the printer.

* Scroll down and select restore network defaults.* Restart the printer.

 

Step 3: Install the HP Smart app again and try.

Thank you for your quick responce. I did forget to mention that i do not have standerd internet, i only use my phone data service and bluetooth. I have been printing just fine with this. turn on the wifi and connect to printer. I tried your suggestion and it didn't work. So now, setting> connections> more connections settings> change DNS setting from Automatic to private with host name.. There's got to be an easier way? HELP

Turn on the wifi direct in the printer and then try to print from the phone.
