I have an HP DeskJet 2600 All-in-One Printer series and I want to know if there is a way to save a print job to a file on my computer instead of printing it?  The document is a webpage and only seems to save as a webpage.  I have always been able to do this with my other printers but I can't seem to find it on this one.  I don't know if I selected the correct board nothing seemed to apply.

We use "CutePDF" and it works very well. Once installed it creates a printer you select when you go to print. I often use it when I  am not sure something will print properly so I can view it as a pdf before using up ink or toner.
