Scammed by an HP affiliate called Eagles Repair. Printer would not connect so pcmacwin/Eagles told me I had all sorts of problems they needed to fix on my computer. Then, after allegedly fixing the problems, they charged me over $500 for the fix and for the Panda Dome program. Their phone is disconnected and they don't respond to email!
I will try to have VISA reject their charges. But please don't deal with them even though HP seems to be affiliated!

There is no end to scammers claiming to be affiliated, using HP logos on their sites when they have nothing to do with HP. Sorry to hear you were taken in by this sadly common fraud. I have reported your post to the moderators as HP works hard to shut down these scammers when they pop up.
I am a volunteer, offering my knowledge to support fellow users, I do not work for HP nor speak for HP.

Same thing happened to me last September. They are still in business but go by eagle Repair or PCMACWIN or Greek Tech Care. They fixed my problem but I am not sure I had one in the first place. They were very good!

Hope you get your money back. I asked for my money back that I paid by check in September . No luck..different companies keep calling me back each time I say I am going to report them to the FTC. The latest company is called TechBuildz and although they are registered in Pennsylvania- GOOGLE EARTH shows a row house in Redding as their location. I am going to report now...Eagle Repair, PCMACWIN or PCWINMAC, Geek Tech Care, LLC and now TecBuildZ are all in this scam together.
