HP OfficeJet Pro 9015
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 will NOT Scan to Network Folder unless EITHER my Win 10 Pro 64-bit PC requires a password to logon OR I set everything to use SMB 1, which is unsafe.

See https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/9015-cannot-scan-to-network-folder/m-p/...

and

https://www.tenforums.com/network-sharing/168598-hp-printer-wants-pc-have-logon-password-no-scan-net...

This problem continues two years later.

Please come back here if you know of a fix.

Thanks.

If you can scan by having a password on your system and SMB 1 not enabled on your computer that would seem to provide reasonable security,  certainly more than not having a password on your system.
