Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have recently added another Samsung Xpress M2070W  to my network. I can print from my WIN11 Laptop but cannot scan. I can print and scan from my WIN10 laptop, though. I have spent hours trying installing drivers and troubleshooting software from HP but nothing works. HP seems very bad supporting Samsung printers. Also can not find any phone number for the UK. Can anybody please help ?
