Scan feature on OfficeJet Pro 8600

My Officejet Pro 8600 is working fine but cannot get the scan to computer feature to work.  How do I set up that feature?

If the copy function is working properly.
Please confirm on your computer whether HP Scan and HP Smart can scan normally.
Meanwhile, please specify the problems encountered.
For example: All-in-one machine panel - scanning - when scanning to PC, the PC name cannot be found or an error is reported when clicking on the PC ..
