Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer

I'm trying to enable scan to the computer directly from the printer. In the HP Printer Assistant, the tab for managing scanning options is not showing. Only Print and Fax options are shown. I installed ALL drivers for this printer. When I try to scan from the printer to the PC it shows the wrong password/user error, while scanning to the network it doesn't recognize the PC. While scanning to email it shows the wrong password/user error. I can scan from the PC using Photoshop or I can use HP Smart app on my PC for scanning.

How do I enable scan to computer/network folder if I don't have this tab?
