Dear Community,
I used "Scan to Email" for the last 20month without any issue.
However since a few days "scan to email" is not working anymore.
It always says: "USERNAME OR PASSWORD IS INCORRECT. MAKE SURE BOTH USER ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD ARE VALID".
I am using a MS outlook account to send my scans. I checked the password several times - it is definetely correct. I finally changed the password from the account, but this did not help. Then I tried other OUTLOOK accounts that are in use with our family. Also no success. My next idea was to use a Gmail account. Same problem here.
I have reset the printer and re-configured everything new. This did not solve the issue. Attached is a screenshot from the settings I used the last 20 month without any issue.
Any advice here?
