macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Hi

I'm trying to use the function scan to computer on my printer, however it says that I have to enable the option "scan to computer" however I cannot find this option anywhere in the HP smart software.

I tried on 2 different computers (mine on macOS 10.13 and the other with macOS 10.14) with the same result.

Where am I supposed to find this option?

Thanks for your help

Download the HP Utility for Mac from here.

Try following the steps below-

Open the HP Utility Folder and go to Scan to Computer

Try Scanning.

Let me know the outcome.
