Product: 8702
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have officejet 8702 . I had the scan to email setting set up before, but now it wont connect with the email server. I restored to factory and now trying to set up again. It was the most difficult to set up before. I had tech support help me before. he biggest problem is getting the email server authentication done with the generated password. I think i got it correct, but still says i cannot connect to server. My printer is only a couple years old, but now out of warranty. Need to find a 3rd party online to do remote assistance to help fix this. Any suggestions?
