Two printers have the same problem. Both printers get their addresses from the DHCP server. The EWS is available at these addresses. The printers print over the network.

Printer get their addresses from the DHCP server.
But when you choose to scan to a network folder, you get an error:

At this moment, on the DNS server you can see requests from 169.254.х.х for the server for scans.

Resetting the network settings to default had no effect.

This is not an acceptable solution, but I tried switching from DHCP to manual. That did not work. The printer sends requests to the DNS server from a static address. But the printer reports that the server is unavailable. The server does not record requests from the printer.

I don't know how long this will last. The scan started working after:

  1. Changed settings from dhcp to manual.
  2. Rebooted.
  3. Changed manual settings to dhcp.

The problem returned. These shamanic actions were not the solution.
Does anyone have any ideas?
